The MADD Albuquerque office, is currently seeking candidates for the position of Court Monitoring Supervisor
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the overall collection/compilation and monthly reporting of case data from Court Monitoring Project Specialists. Administration of the Courtroom Monitoring grant. Manage Courtroom Monitoring Project Specialists under the Courtroom Monitoring grant.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
1. Recruit/manage/develop and provide training for Courtroom Monitoring Project Specialists
2. Assist the Project Specialists in constructing individualized measurable programming goals and plans for their sites.
3. Ensure the collection, compilation, tracking and reporting of program data from the Courtroom Monitor Program Specialists on a monthly basis.
4. Submit all financial reports and oversee all budgeting requirements in compliance with MADD’s Accounting policies. Submit annual project report to funders regarding policy recommendations.
5. Plan and attend monthly meetings for Courtroom Monitoring Project Specialists. Ensure regular communication with State Executive Director
6. Establish regular visits to project sites
7. Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years management experience
2. Extensive project management experience; legal background preferred
3. 2-3 years experience with grant administration/financial reporting/accounting
4. Solid understanding of court system, courtroom procedures and familiarity with laws
5. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
6. Data driven with excellent organizational skills
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Word Office Package
8. Ability to travel and maintain flexible schedule
