New Jersey Senate Bill 1926 News Conference

Laura Dean-Mooney, MADD National President joined New Jersey Sen. Jim Whelan (D-Northfield) at a news conference in support of lifesaving legislation, Senate bill 1926 – "Ricci's Law" – which would require all convicted drunk drivers, including those convicted for the first time, to install alcohol ignition interlocks on their vehicles.
