Social Host
Social host liability refers to laws that hold individuals responsible for underage drinking events on property they own, lease or otherwise control. Unlike laws that prohibit furnishing alcohol to youth under 21, social host laws focus on preventing underage drinking on private property without regard to who furnishes the alcohol.

Tie One On For Safety
Go ahead and tie one on – for safety that is. As part of the Campaign to Eliminate Drunk Driving, MADD’s Tie One On For Safety asks motorist to place a MADD red ribbon or decal on their vehicles as a pledge to drive safe, sober and buckled up during the holidays – and throughout the year.

Youth In Action
We have teens all across the country interested in working with you to stop underage drinking. MADD’s Youth In Action program takes a proactive, environmental approach to preventing underage drinking with teens involved in projects that reduce underage access to alcohol by targeting social and retail access, and working with officers like you to support the enforcement of underage drinking laws.
