Bryce Templeton

Bryce Templeton currently serves as Associate Director for Medical Student Education at Drexel University College of Medicine.  During his career, he has served as a faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh, Jefferson Medical College, and Hahnemann University.  He also worked for the National Board of Medical Examiners, initiating a major research effort concerned with assessing physician trainee medical interviewing skills. 

Since 1996, Templeton has active worked to prevent alcohol-impaired vehicular crashes. He served as the advisory board member and chair for the five-county MADD affiliate in Southeastern Pennsylvania, an advisory board member and chair for the Pennsylvania state affiliate; and as a member of MADD’s National Board of Directors.

Templeton earned his bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio.  He has a medical degree from Case Western Reserve University and a master’s degree in education from the University of Illinois.  In November, 2010, Templeton received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Philadelphia Psychiatric Society.
