A Season to Celebrate

Happy Holidays!

This holiday season, I am celebrating my wonderful family and friends, and the incredible progress we've made together this year.  For the first time in history, drunk driving deaths have fallen below 10,000, and we could not have done that without your help—your support, your donations, your time spent volunteering, your emails and phone calls to legislators, your participation in Walk Like MADD and other events, and even your Facebook shares and re-tweets!

To show my thanks, I want to share with you a special Holiday video message.

Thanks to you, each year we save more lives, serve more victims and bring awareness to the dangers of drunk driving and underage drinking.

We know that there is still much work to be done and we won’t stop until there are no more drunk driving deaths.  I hope that you’ll stand with us until we achieve that goal.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all that you do for MADD, and happy holidays!

I remember when I was in about the 5th grade 11yrs old we had a guest speaker at our school by the name of Candy Lightner the founder of MADD This is when she was just starting the foundation.I remember it like it was yesterday and the profound impact her words have had on me in my life.Thank you for sharing the love for your daughter that day.Now I share your words with the people in my lives so they may make better choices.Thank You to Candy and all that have kept her task going strong all these years.

Thank you so much for the much needed work you do. I have been a don't drink and drive advocate for many years, but your spot on Dateline NBC has reminded me that your great organization is out there and needs all the support it can get. I hope to be able to donate your great work during 2013. I am disabled and my income is very limited, but I couldn't live with myself if I don't find a way to help you out. Thank you for everything you do. I am putting your organization's website address right on my bookmarks bar right now.
