my husbund had been drinking all day on 01/21/2013 at 6pm he hit another car and was taken to jail for duii at 10 pm he called me told me he was out of jail and sitting in a bar drinking wait for someone to pick him up. What is wrong with this it is his 3rd duii why is he not still in jail and he is charged with only a mistermeanor why not a more..
