MADD understands and is here to help. - MADD helps drunk driving victims/survivors with emotional support, untangling financial troubles and guidance through the court system. - Many drunk driving victims/survivors get involved in MADD as part of their healing journey to help prevent tragedies from striking others. We're one of the largest crime victim assistance organizations in the nation. - MADD is established in serving bereaved and injured drunk driving victims/survivors with 25 years of experience. - MADD has more than 1,200 trained victim advocates across the country. - Drunk driving victims/survivors can find support by calling 1-877-MADD-HELP, contacting a local chapter or logging on to www.madd.org. We hope more drunk driving victims/survivors come to MADD. - We ask the public to tell family, friends and colleagues who've been impacted by drunk driving to call MADD for help. - About three in every ten Americans will be involved in an alcohol-related crash at some time in their lives. - Every year, more than 17,000 people are killed and about a half million are injured in alcohol-related traffic crashes.
