Presentation . . . A new component of the MADD DUI Victim Impact Panel Program is the Youth/Parent presentation.  Young adults under the age of 18 may attend the program ONLY if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian and have been referred by the courts, a referral program or school principal. Pre-registration is required.

Young adults are also impacted by drinking and driving whether by losing a family member, friend, being involved in a crash themselves or knowing someone who was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or other drugs.   By attending a panel with their parents the teen “experiences” a better understanding of the true consequences of DUI as well as opening a channel for discussion between parent and child about the devastating consequences of this crime.
