RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ATTENDING THE VICTIM IMPACT PANEL: 

1.    Be on time.  No one will be permitted to enter under any circumstances after the doors close at 6:15pm.  The actual program begins at 6:30pm and will last approximately 1 ½   hours. 

2.    No smoking or gum chewing is permitted on school grounds.

3.    No children are allowed to enter the auditorium.

DIRECTIONS:  87th Avenue to SW 48th St., West 2 blocks to Southwest HighSchool.  The auditorium is directly behind the Driver Education lot.

NOTE: BRING THIS FORM WITH YOU.  IT WILL SERVE AS PROOF OF ATTENDANCE.  YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER WITHOUT THIS FORM.
