MADD appreciates the support of individuals and the community in the fight against drunk driving.  We only exist because of those individuals and organizations who support us by volunteering, donating, or by simply making sure there is a designated driver when they go out. • Caputo Cheese Market , 1945 N. 15th Ave.,  Melrose Park , IL 60160, for their "Kid's Day Event" in memory of Maxwell Boncosky, a 2 year old DUI crash victim, who died after his family car was hit by a drunk driver. His MADD Victim Tribute can be found at http://www.madd.com/victims/10583.   The Caputo family and their event raised significant funds which were donated to MADD Northeast Illinois.
