Fundraising Breakfast

MADD is excited to announce our fourth annual MADD in Motion fundraising breakfast to be held on Wednesday, October 22, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Holiday Inn Capital Plaza in Frankfort.  We are currently looking for individuals willing to serve as Table Captains at this event, which is quite different from other fundraising events:

• The goal is to raise unrestricted funds for our programs and to spread our message in the community.
• It is a totally free event and we will serve a deluxe continental breakfast.
• It will be only an hour long.
• There is no requirement that anyone give at the event.
• It will be MADD's job to inspire people so that they will want to give.
• As much as anything, we want people to come and find out about the great work we do.
• We hope and believe it will make you proud to be involved with us.

Each Table Captain is asked to fill a table of 10 people by inviting them personally.  They can be friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, or anyone else you know.  Table Captains will not be asking anyone for money.  All they are asked to do is fill the table of 10. (It is easier than you think--we even have a script you can adapt to suit your needs when you invite people).  The event will conclude at 9:00 a.m., so guests can be assured they will make it to work at a reasonable time.
