MADD and the Big Train Baseball Game

Come and join us on Sunday July 26, 2009 for Community Night at Bethesda Big Train baseball.  The game will be held at Povich Field in Cabin John Park.  Big Train sponsors a summer full of baseball games where college players from across the country come to play baseball.  The Washington Post has called it "the ultimate small town fantasy."

July 26th is "Say Cheese" night in the park.  You will have the opportunity to take pictures on the field with players and coaches before the game.  Cabot Cheese will be on hand giving away their product.  Gifford's Ice Cream is sponsoring a sundae bar and every attendee will get a coupon for a free cheese steak from South Street Steaks.

The gates open at 6:00pm and the game starts at 7:30pm.  If you are interested in coming, please call Mary Ellen Mitchell at 410-964-5757 to purchase your tickets.  Tickets are $10.00 each.

        Victim Impact Panels
MADD Central Maryland has scheduled Victim Impact Panels during every month except December.  Victim Impact Panels are held in locations in both Anne Arundel and Prince George's counties.  You must bring your paperwork from court with your name and case number on it, plus a $35.00 money-order  (we do not accept cash) in order to be admitted.  Please do not bring small children.  In case of inclimate weather, please call the office 410-224-8137 to see if the panel has been cancelled.
