Victim Impact Panels

Our MADD chapter conducts several Victim Impact Panels throughout Wayne County. We are always looking for injury or bereaved victims to share their story with court-ordered drunk driving offenders. This is done in a non-accusatory manner, with hopes that seeing the victim's perspective might encourage the offenders not to drink and drive in the future.
