Victim's Impact Panel
MADD utilizes Victim Impact Panels to put a 'face' on the victims of drunk driving. These individuals are not just labeled 'victims', but are individuals whose lives have been tragically altered as a result of someone's decision to drink and drive. Drunk Driving crashes resulting in deaths are murders, and the destruction of lives do not differ from murders where other weapons were used. Drunk Driving, other traffic and underage offenders are ordered by the courts to attend a Victim Impact Panel.
There is a $40 participation fee to attend. Payment must be made by Money Order, Cashier's Check or Bankers Check made out to MADD SC. Cash and Personal Checks will not be accepted. You do NOT need to pre-register
