Susan Wagener has agreed to help conduct support groups and we are all really excited. She brings her experience and a special format of support group geared towards anyone who suffered loss of a loved one or is going though a life transition due to a crash with a drunk driver.
These support groups will have a closed format, that is, time-limited groups that offer a time frame for addressing a set of topics with a given number of group meetings. New sessions will be conducted regularly making it possible for new members to join a group in a timely matter.
The support groups will be held the third Tuesday of every month at our offices located at 15355 Vantage Pkwy. W., #220, Houston , TX 77032 . Please call us at (281) 590 2222 and ask for more information, or you can complete the attached form and send it to our offices.
Unfortunately our initial support groups will be held only in English and for adults 18 and over. More groups will be added as the need arises.
Please contact our office at 281-590-2222 if you have any questions.

Our oldest son, Michael, class of 2000, attended TAMU until his death from alcohol poisoning on August 3, 1999, his 21st birthday. Lack of awareness on Michael’s part, as well as the friends with him, contributed to his death. Since Michael’s death we have a mission to bring awareness of the dangers of alcohol to youth, parents, & individuals or groups responsible for their well-being. Our program is entitled Reaching Others through Teaching, Tragedy, and a Personal Touch.
- Worked with many universities; inc. TAMU, SHSU, U of H, UT-Pan American, TSU & Baylor College of Medicine on alcohol awareness projects such as the 21st BD card and a video used w/ leadership organizations, in addition to health & fitness kinesiology classes
- Spoken to over 50 TAMU Aggie Mothers’ clubs across TX, as well as the TAMU Federation, TAMU Corp of Cadets, & Aggie Moms’ Fish Camp
