In Memory

We invite you to send us a picture and/or a tribute to a loved one who has been killed by a drunk driver.  We will post the picture and the tribute as space permits.  Send the information to us at:  MADD WV, 502 Old Goff Mountain Road, Cross Lanes, WV 25313, or e-mail it to us at wv.state@madd.org.  Please include your name, address and a daytime phone number.  An authorization release will be sent to you to be signed before photos can be posted.
