Important information:

• Please note that your conference registration is not complete or confirmed until payment of the fee has been received by the Conference Registrar.
• If you are bringing a guest who wishes to attend meals only, please email the Conference Registrar at conference.registrar@madd.org to obtain instructions for reserving and payment of meals.
• The conference begins with the Opening Dinner, at 6:00 pm Thursday evening.  Thursday may be a travel day unless you have been asked to attend a special training, etc. 
• MADD will only reimburse for three nights accommodations unless you are authorized to attend a special training.
• Please print a copy of your registration form to submit with your check request for payment of the registration fee. (Invoice will not be sent)
• Registration cancellations must be received in writing by the end of business day, August 15.
• MADD will not reimburse for car rental at the conference.
• Hotel parking fees are $15.00 self-parking and $24.00 valet.
• If you are a MADD volunteer/staff, speaker/presenter OR scholarship winner, please complete the registration form for the hotel to guarantee you are part of MADD’s master bill. If you are paying your own expenses, please call 1-800/Hiltons (1-800-445-8667) and ask for group reservations. State that you are attending the MADD National Conference to receive the conference rate.
