The Victim Impact Panel Program is intended for those who have been charged and convicted of driving a vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs (DWI).  The panel attendees have been court ordered to attend the panel as a condition of their sentence.  During the two-hour program, Speakers will present their experience of being a victim of a drunk driving crash and how this has impacted their lives.  MADD Minnesota will often have offenders speak on the destruction that their decision caused.

The panel is designed to provide the audience of offenders and guests with a very personal perspective on the pain and devastation caused when a person makes the choice to drive drunk.  We offer education and awareness on the dangers of this criminal activity.

If you have been ordered to attend a Victim Impact Panel, please check the schedule of panels and then follow the posted instructions for registration
