2013 MADD Nebraska Victim Impact Panel Schedule
Please Note: There are new rules regarding payment and replacement receipts for 2013.
· The cost for each probationer or court-ordered attendees is $40.00 MONEY ORDER ONLY. We cannot accept cash, check, or credit. You will also need a form of identification for registration.
· You do not need to pre-register. Simply choose a panel to attend and be on location for registration between 6:30-6:45 PM.
· Each panel begins PROMPTLY at 7:00 PM. There will be no admittance after
7:00 PM.
· Each panel generally runs from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
· Guests are welcome to attend free of charge. They will not receive a receipt of attendance. Due to the subject matter, it is advised that children under the age of 13 not attend.
· The panel schedule is set for the year. Occasionally a panel date will change due to certain unforeseeable circumstances. It is advised to verify the date of the panel you are attending a week in advance at www.madd.org/ne. The schedule is located under the Victim Impact Panel tab on the left side of the webpage.
· No food or drink is allowed into the panel. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off.
· You WILL NOT be allowed to attend the VIP if alcohol or drug use is suspected.
· Attendees are expected to give their full attention to the speaker. If you are asked to leave, you will not receive the receipt for attending the panel. You will need to re-pay and re-attend the MADD Victim Impact Panel at a later date.
· A receipt of attendance is given to paying attendees at the conclusion of the panel. It is your responsibility to pick up the receipt and submit to your probation officer or judge. If you misplace your receipt, you will need to mail a $10.00 money order, your name and the date of the panel you attended, and an email address or self-addressed stamped envelope to:
