White Cross Memorial Marker
Family and friends of Jasmine Araceli Jade Smith, killed by a drunk diver in April 29th 2011, finally reached their goal of setting up a white cross memorial marker at the place where their beloved one was taken away from them. This was possible thanks to the Harris County Precinct 2 and MADD Southeast team work. Today we had the opportunity to see the results of our hard work and efforts by sharing such a special occasion with the Smith family and friends, being this the first white cross set up since we established the new process.
