In Stafford, on April 17, a car show was held in memory of Kevin Harrah who was killed by a repeat offender in September 2015. Over $3000 was raised for MADD VA. Kevin was a newlywed who was headed home from work when a repeat offender, driving on a suspended license and without an ordered ignition interlock, rear ended him at a traffic light.
