MADD Maryland  and Big Train Baseball

MADD Maryland has been offered a unique opportunity to partner with Bethesda Big Train baseball in one of the Community Nights in July. Big Train sponsors a summer full of games at Povich Field in Cabin John Park, where college players from across the country come to play baseball. The Washington Post has called it the ultimate small town fantasy. Please join MADD on Sunday, July 26^th for a fun filled night. Tickets are $10 per person.

You can also sponsor tickets to be donated to MADD volunteers and their families as a way of reminding them how much we value their dedication to serving our community. Ticket recipients could include: law enforcement partners, Walk participants, speakers from our victim impact panels, victims and families of drunk driving crashes, checkpoint workers, victim advocates and others who are deserving.

The gates open at 6pm and the game starts at 7:30.

July 26^th is "Say Cheese" night in the park with an opportunity to take pictures on the field with players and coaches before the game. Cabot Cheese will be on hand giving away their product. Gifford's Ice Cream is sponsoring a sundae bar and every attendee will get a coupon for a free cheese steak from South Street Steaks. Pre-game you won't want to miss the annual cow milking contest!

Mothers Against Drunk Driving is an organization that is dedicated to helping families and creating safer communities. Our victim services are offered at no charge to victims thanks to the generosity of our donors. Every dollar raised in Maryland stays in Maryland. MADD is grateful for the continued support of so many wonderful friends as we continue in our mission to stop drunk driving, support the victims of this violent crime and prevent underage drinking.
