Law Enforcement Awards Recognition Dinner to be followed by a mini concert (approximately 30 minutes) by Kaitlyn Baker. Kaitlyn will be performing to honor the officers and as a tribute to her band member Thomas Estep who was killed in an alleged drunk driving crash on January 1, 2017 in Russell County.
