TAKE YOUR BEST SHOT

at preventing teen drinking.

Enter the Power of You(th) Video Contest.

Underage drinking is not cool, and we are counting on teens across America to prove that through our Power of You(th) video contest.

MADD is asking teens to take a stand and create a one minute or less video to encourage their peers to avoid drinking alcohol before age 21 and to never get in a car with someone who's been drinking.

The Power of You(th) is the power you hold to prevent some of the 6,000 deaths that result each year from underage drinking. Use your power to influence your friends and make an impact in your school, home and community with your Power of You(th) video.

Your video will be judged on:

  • How well you use the Power of You theme to take a stand against underage drinking (Hint: your video should focus on underage drinking prevention not drunk driving!)
  • How well you use creativity to grab attention and make a point
  • Quality of the video (Needs only minor audio or visual enhancements to be “ready for prime time”)

Click here to read the official rules.

Upload your video to YouTube and send us the link using the form below by 11:59 p.m. (CST) on December 28, 2012.  The winner will receive an iPad 2!

Want to make a positive difference in the lives of other teens? YOU have the power!

Submission form is closed.

Thanks to everyone who entered the contest. We will only contact entrants with the winning videos. Please check back at madd.org/powerofyouth for a complete list of contest winners.
