Victims' Rights

When tragedy strikes, victims need support. MADD prides itself on being one of the largest victim services organizations in the country. Part of those services include ensuring a victim’s rights are maintained. From making a victim impact statement to notification of offender status, victims have rights thanks to the Victim Rights Act of 2004. You can find out more about these rights from the Office for Victims of Crime
