Parker Law Firm has been aggressively representing Texas injury victims for many years. With substantial experience and a track record of success, attorney Brad Parker and his legal team are here to provide those who have suffered because of another person’s negligence with the information and guidance they need to be successful in the courtroom.

When someone else’s careless disregard causes an injury, victims still have rights that can be protected. Parker Law Firm applies this principle to clients confronted with a wide variety of challenges, from traffic accidents to dangerous products to dishonest insurance companies.

After many personal injury accidents, responsible parties try to shirk liability and the injured party suffers as a result. Most of the time when a drunk injures someone after being overserved they will have a very limited amount of insurance leaving the injured party totally undercompensated. That is why it is important to evaluate the liability of the dram shop. Parker Law Firm has represented numerous individuals and families whose loved ones have been seriously injured or killed by the conduct of an intoxicated person. They fully understand the law surrounding dram shop lawsuits and have successfully prosecuted numerous claims.

The personal injury lawyers at Parker Law Firm also understand that the time after a loved one has been seriously injured or died from the negligence of a drunk driver can feel overwhelming. Victims and their families face many significant challenges in these types of cases, and the Parker Law Firm legal team is here to help you get through this difficult time and hold all appropriate parties responsible for their actions.

You deserve to be fully compensated for your loss – our goal is to help you obtain exactly that.

Known as the region’s fiercest Bedford personal injury attorney, Brad Parker’s sense of duty and unique ambition to defend those that cannot adequately defend themselves merit his well-deserved reputation for zealous representation of his clients. His uncompromising will to rise every morning readied with his figurative stone and sling for whatever overly opportunistic “Goliath” he finds is what makes him that good.

Since 1985 Brad has fervently defended those who have been seriously injured or killed in major trucking and motor vehicle accidents, by dangerous drugs and medical devices and industrial catastrophes, or whose lives have been seriously disrupted or even destroyed by the bad faith conduct of an insurance company. He selects his clients methodically, only accepting clients suffering serious injury or even death caused by the egregious conduct of others and that have a high degree of merit. Brad is not interested in accepting just any case.

Brad has a collection of awards, including an A.V. rating by Martindale-Hubble (the highest awarded for ethical conduct and merit) and repeated recognition as a Texas Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters as published in Texas Monthly and an Attorney Worth Knowing by Fort Worth, Texas magazine. Brad has been Board Certified by the Texas Board of Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law since 1997, an honor held by less than 2 percent of the lawyers licensed to practice in Texas.

No stranger to the courtroom, Claire Fore shifted her legal prowess to Parker Law Firm in 2018 after working for a personal injury firm in Mesquite. From a young age, Claire had a front-row seat to court proceedings when she’d visit her aunt, a District judge, during summer vacations. Even from then she knew that she’d pursue a career in law. “It is very gratifying to be in a position to help people navigate the legal process during life-changing events oftentimes,” Claire says.

Proud graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law, Claire’s desire to play a role in the legal process and her engagement within the community make her an asset to the firm. “I feel like I’ve been exposed to a wide range of different circumstances, backgrounds and challenges. This has allowed me to approach my work with a broader and more understanding perspective,” she says. Perfectly aligned with the firm’s mission, Claire always puts the client first. “I am genuinely interested in my clients’ circumstances and treat them with respect and compassion. I truly believe in the importance of treating clients as if they were family. They know they can count of us, which brings peace of mind through trying times.”

After graduating from SMU on a dean’s scholarship and completing her legal degree from the American University’s Washington College of Law, Tomiyo began to see the power civil suits had in creating systemic change while working for different law firms. She says, “I know that we can make our roads, workplaces and products safer by harnessing the power we as citizens have to hold wrongdoers accountable. Plus, I have always been an avid reader and somewhat argumentative, so being an attorney was a natural fit.”

Tomiyo has recovered more than $10 million on behalf of individuals who have been hurt or killed due to the negligence of others, and she’s licensed in California and Texas and admitted to practice before the Northern District of California, the Central District of California, the Northern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Her approach with clients is to ensure that they have the opportunity to understand and be included in all of the important decisions of the case. “I try to honor the intuition that clients bring to the table, and rather than just explaining my position or explaining the law, I try to truly understand where they are coming from because clients can be very perceptive and intuitive.”
