Take Action – West Virginia

West Virginia is on the path to eliminate drunk driving and one of the highest rated states for its laws. Due in part to the 2008 all-offender ignition interlock law, drunk driving deaths have dropped by 50 percent in West Virginia. MADD applauds this state for its continued efforts to keep roads safe. West Virginia can improve its drunk driving laws by making it a felony offense to drive drunk with a child passenger.
