For over 29 years MADD has joined with law enforcement officers across the Aloha State in efforts to end impaired driving. We would like to invite you to join us and the HPD Traffic Division to the kick off of our annual “Tie One On For Safety” holiday campaign on November 14, 2018. We will be at Tamarind Park in Downtown Honolulu from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.
