HPD officer honored for fight against drunk and drugged driving

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – MADD Hawaii and Toyota are honoring Captain Ben Moszkowicz of the Honolulu Police Department with their inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award.
