Andrew was a Shoreham-Wading River 12-year-old 7th grade student who was tragically killed by a drunk driver while hiking with his Boy Scout Troop 161 in the Fall of 2018. The lives of his family, friends and community were forever changed by his senseless passing. Andrew was full of life and had a positive spirit. His charisma was contagious and he had a knack of bringing people together. A friend to everyone, Andrew had a way to make everyone feel good about themselves. He consistently demonstrated his compassion and care for others and frequently would give up something of himself for the benefit of others. Andrew’s passion for life was unrelenting and he never wanted to waste a moment. May we never forget those taken too soon and together never waste another moment in creating a world with NO MORE VICTIMS.
