MADD SC Releases Important Court Monitoring Report

Earlier today, MADD SC released to the media our 2020 Court Monitoring Report titled “Refusal to Change.” Credit to the Court Monitoring team whose hard work has led to this important report and all the many local partners whose wisdom was worked into our recommendations.
