Dell Russell Wallace has been a volunteer for MADD for twenty years. She got involved after her husband Bobby Russell, Jr. “Junior” was killed in 1995. She speaks at Victim Impact Panels, schools, prisons, and community events all over West Tennessee helping people understand the dangers of impaired driving.
She and Junior had three children: Tracy, Wes, and Trey. She is now proud to be “da-maw” to six grandchildren: Sara Grace, Andrew, Hannah, Will, Dru, and Brylee. She is remarried to James Wallace and loves to travel and spend time at the lake and the beach.
She is currently serving on the both the Victim Impact Panel and Programs Committees for the Tennessee State Advisory Board.
