Victim/Survivor
Victims and Survivors are invited to attend this event and bring one additional guest at no charge.  MADD considers a victim or survivor to be:

• An individual who is injured in a crash
• A family member of an individual killed or injured in a crash
• Someone whose property was damaged in a crash but who wasn’t physically injured
• A family member whose loved one was killed due to an underage drinking incident
• A family member whose loved one was injured due to an underage drinking incident
• A friend or coworker or acquaintance of an individual killed or injured in a crash

Law Enforcement
•  Award recipients and/or nominees are invited to attend this event and bring one additional guest at no charge.  Please select “Law Enforcement” for the Ticket Type for the award recipient and/or nominee and select “Guest Ticket” for the ticket type for the free additional guest.
•  Supervisors/Command Staff of law enforcement personnel who have been nominated or are receiving an award are also invited to attend this event and bring one additional guest at no charge.  Please select “Law Enforcement” for the Ticket Type for the Supervisor/Command Staff and select “Guest Ticket” for the ticket type for the free additional guest.

Community Partner
This group may include schools, government agencies, and other non-profit organizations.  Award recipients and/or nominees from this category are invited to attend this event and bring one additional guest at no charge. Please select “Community Partner” for the Ticket Type for the award recipient and/or nominee and select “Guest Ticket” for the ticket type for the free additional guest.

Sponsor
Organizations sponsoring this year’s Night of Remembrance at the Colonel or Captain levels are invited to bring 4 guests to join us at the event.  Organizations sponsoring the event at the Lieutenant or Sergeant levels are invited to bring 2 guests to join us.  Please select “Sponsor” for the Ticket Type for all guests of the Sponsoring organization.

Guest Ticket
Please select this Ticket Type to RSVP for any free guest accompanying an award nominee/recipient, victim/survivor, or community partner.

Adult Ticket
If anyone would like to bring friends/family (age 18 or over) in addition to their one free guest, this option should be used.

Child Ticket
If anyone would like to bring friends/family (under age 18) in addition to their one free guest, this option should be used.

Example:  An officer nominated for an award who wanted to bring a spouse and a 14-year-old child would register under “Law Enforcement” for him/herself.  He/she would register the spouse under “Guest” at no charge and then purchase one “child” ticket for the 14-year-old child.
