Gavin Gill is currently directing Statewide initiatives for Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) as the Tennessee Regional State Manager. Gavin works to build the SADD network across the Volunteer State, developing chapters, mentoring chapter advisors, creating new partnerships, and encouraging youth across the state to take on greater leadership roles in peer-to-peer prevention education. Prior to joining SADD in 2020, Gavin worked for seven years with local Boys & Girls Clubs in Wisconsin, Missouri, Texas, Alabama, and Tennessee. He served as a Club Director in many of those organizations to lead the Clubhouses in making a positive impact in the lives of the youth that were served. In his free time, Gavin volunteers with the Special Olympics of Tennessee serving on their Young Professional Board. Gavin loves to make fun Tik Tok videos for SADD socials or for his own fun. He also loves to hang out with his black Lab, watch all sports, and research what the stock market is doing on a daily basis. Gavin joined the MADD Tennessee State Advisory Board in 2020.
